Meet our very own Shella.
Standing proud next to the fridge covered in all of the amazing awards she's achieved on her weight loss journey.

Im writing this post today as she is currently in Mauritius on the Eve of her wedding where she is going marry her Fiancé Neil.

I know we can't wait to see the live feed tomorrow, we can't be there in person but certainly in spirit with you x

When the date was set the other members just knew they wanted to hold a special hen party for her and what fun it was ✨️❤️✨️

Here at Slimming World we can enjoy our favourite meals 😋
Wether its a good family favourite, maybe something new so, so many meals and like can all be fitted within our plan.

Take this a firm favourite within my family but also with so many of my members.

Cheeseburger pasta - Rich Creamy and totally guilt free 😋

Meet our very own Lucy!
She attends our 8.30 session.
Nearly 2 stone down and the dress fits!! 👗
Finding food she loves has been key to her success, swapping wrap meals like Fajitas for Fajita Pasta Bakes, Chinese takeaways for homemade versions all still high on the flavour satisfying those taste buds.
She saw this Dress recently and just couldn't resist and I know you'll all agree it looks A-maz-ing 🤩

With the support from our amazing group a new goal in mind we all know she will reach her dreams ✨️

‘Don’t you have to count calories to lose weight 🤔?’ It’s a question we get all the time – at Slimming World, we know that to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit – but the great news is, you don’t have to track every calorie to get there 🙌!
