❄️ Winter can be tough on your feet 👣

Cold weather doesn’t just affect your hands—your feet take a hit too. During winter, we commonly see:

Long-standing heel and ankle pain can often have a mechanical cause. In this case, assessment revealed inflammation from a posterior calcaneal bone spur affecting the Achilles tendon.
