It's world reflexology week! I just want to say thank you to all my regular clients, especially those who have been with me since I opened this little clinic around 9 years ago! And those who have joined over the years and still come every month. I really appreciate you.

Good evening. I am doing a sponsored walk, 8 miles from Ceibwr Bay to Newport to raise funds for The Trotters Lounge CIC, a leg and foot care club for people who can't manage. I am a Director of this not for profit company and am currently volunteering alongside a couple of other people.
