How about this new year to start looking after yourself properly.
Getting those treat yourself day
Getting some good food in your diet
Getting some much needed time out
Getting some sun shine
Getting the things you love ticked off the list

Letβs tackle these things one at a time.
My first one is to do a mile a day in February and raising awareness for Mental Health.
You can start when youβre ready, when your mind feels ready and your body is ready. What ever it may be, start small.
That could start with a massage too,
Back neck and shoulder to help realise the tension in your body and make you more mobile and mentally clearer.
Facial or hydra facial to help boost the skins radiant and get the glow and confident you need to start to push yourself to feel good.
Reflexology to help boost your immune system and help insomnia, great way to help to start with a healthy diet and drink more water to help flush all toxins out.
Massage is a get away, peace and quiet, you time, time out. Iβm here for you if you want to rant or let go or just sleep. I have you and I will look after you. Everything is confidential so nothing leaves.
