Firestone Pilates

Firestone Pilates From 13th September 2021 I will be holding Pilates + PureStretch classes in St Dogmaels and Llechry I run Pilates and PureStretch classes in Cardigan, Wales.

Community class sizes are limited to a maximum of 15 so that you and I can make sure you work at an appropriate level. I take great pride in providing a very personal service, advising on correct technique and adapting exercises to accommodate injuries and mobility limitations. It's important to chart each person's progress so client's can monitor improvements in core strength which enables the rest of the body to function correctly. I hold private sessions at my home studio (1 - 6 persons) for those who need/prefer tailor made sessions. I demonstrate each exercise then provide continuous hands-on guidance to ensure that clients benefit from each exercise. These sessions are particularly useful for anyone recovering from injury or taking up a new exercise regime. As well as regular classes, I can arrange tailor made sessions for anyone visiting the area on holiday etc. I am happy to discuss individual requirements and arrange dates/times to suit. Seven week Pilates courses starting in the Great Hall, Cardigan Guildhall next Tuesday 13th May. Two places still available for the 6-7pm course and a few more for the 7-8pm course.
