Six week Pilates and PureStretch courses (£42 course fee) begin after the Half Term break, week commencing 3rd June, running up until the week ending 19th July. No classes during the week of 24 - 28 June.

I have a few places left for next term's Pilates and PureStretch classes at Mwldan Stiwdio 4. Don't worry whether you're out of shape, lost your fitness, a complete novice or more experienced; these classes are suitable for all abilities.

6pm on Monday starting 19th Feb. 6pm on Thursday starting 22nd Feb. Both six week courses are £42.
