😀Something I get asked a lot is what do I need to know before I do an animal communication for someone- I've just written a new blog on the topic after having a conversation with a client. They found it really helpful to understand a bit more about the process and what is useful for me to know and understand before tuning in. When I first started offering animal communications I would ask that people didn’t tell me anything- literally nothing, and I would tune in and see what the animal wanted to share with us or show us. The main reason I worked this way was so that I knew for myself that I wasn’t ‘making it up’...

⭐Asking animals their preference around things⭐

Making decisions about shoes versus barefoot- These last few weeks I’ve questioned my choices for many reasons, which I’ll go into another time, but I thought I’d share this clip of us trying out a new pair of Flex Hoof Boots, fitted by the lovely EquiHarmony Equine Podiatry. This was yesterday, and today I rode out, Mac moved really well in them and once again they stayed right where they should be and it was so great to be out of the arena! 😊 If you have a barefoot horse I’d love to know which is your ‘go to’ hoof boots?

📚Another book recommendation 😊🐴

This one I haven’t even finished yet, but am absolutely loving it so far and felt inspired to share it with you all.

Author Emelie Cajsdotter works from a place of what she describes as interspecies being, with telepathic communication and alternative treatment of animals. In this book she generously shares parts of her journey and learnings with many different horses and dogs both domesticated and semi wild, and so far I’m totally absorbed and unable to put it down.

If you are able to get hold of a copy I highly recommend it! ✨

🐬Sharing some of the joy and fun from the dolphins!🐬 These last few weeks I’ve loved being in their presence along the coastline here in Cardigan Bay. Along with the dolphins I had an unexpected moment with a brown grass hopper earlier this week. I was sat in my car, parked up with the window down and before I could blink a grass hopper jumped in and sat right in front of me on the dashboard- I waited for the messages from him and then with that he hopped off straight back out the window again! Have you had any messages or unusual visits from animals or wildlife this week?

🐶Remote Animal Communications🐶 Today was a mixed day of physical hands on with horses and dogs, and a remote communication in the middle! I chose this spot in the estuary to be whilst tuning in with the remote sessions today and prior to getting going I took a walk on the expansive beach that is at Ynyslas. This is one my favourite places to be, and I nearly didn’t brave the wild wind on the sea front, but I’m so glad I did. As I walked, I realised that lately I haven’t just walked somewhere on my own. I felt myself totally immersed and being with my surroundings. The weather, the ever changing clouds, the mountains in the distance, the sunlight on the sea near by and the sounds of the crashing waves, the sand and pebbles underfoot. It felt like a delightful sensory overload which lead to a lovely feeling of heart expansion and peacefulness throughout my whole being. Thought I’d share as an encouragement to you all to take a walk this weekend and ‘just be’ fully with all that’s there with you 💖

In my animal communication sessions this week it's been all about the cats again!

I was lucky enough to be involved in helping one cat return to their family, and with another cat I explained to them about an upcoming vet trip and why there was a temporary change in their routine. These are just a couple of examples of how we can help animals by taking a moment to tune in with them, listen and let them know what's happening.

It takes time and practice to be able to deal with more complicated things, but we all have to start somewhere so I hope you are feeling inspired to start along the journey yourselves and practice some of the steps I've put in the posts on this page over the last week 🙂

✨Getting clarity ✨

✨Sometimes you might experience a feeling of confusion around what an animal has shown you

✨When this happens you can ask more questions, or send out an intention into the universe for clarity around whatever it is you would like to understand a bit clearer.

✨Be ready for the answers to present themselves in ways you may not be expecting!

🐬What if you don't have a specific animal to try all of this with but you still want to have a go?

🐬You can have a go at tuning in with the consciousness of a whole species and see how that feels

🐬Follow the same process from all the previous days, and then you can either choose a species to tune in with, or be open with the intention of inviting one to come forward to meet you and see who comes! This might happen that exact moment, or over the coming hours or days, just be open to whoever shows up for you 😀
