🌟 Thinking of taking a break until January? Let’s talk… 🌟

At this time of year, life gets busy. There are Christmas nights out, buffets, tins of chocolates everywhere you turn, school events, family gatherings… it’s easy to feel like staying to group is “pointless” or that you’ll “start again in January”.

But here’s the truth — taking a break now can have a bigger effect than you realise.

When we’re not in group, we lose:
