This is me and my mum 🥰 My mum brought me up the best that she could , with tools that she had, with all the love that she could give me ❤️
Parents are doing their best.
Even when it doesn’t look perfect.
Even when they’re tired, overwhelmed, or unsure.
Most parents are loving their kids with the tools they were given.

But sometimes…
YOU, ME carry parts inside that feel sad, angry, rejected, unseen, or unloved —
not because parents didn’t care,
but because those parts didn’t know how to be heard…

In therapy, we don’t blame parents.
We don’t shame families.
We create space to heal the pieces that were never understood.

Therapy isn’t about finding the ‘bad guy.’
It’s about helping families soften, repair, and see each other with clearer eyes. Therapy is helping you to heal the vulnerable parts, to connect to a deeper sense of who you truly are.

But most of all Healing happens when everyone feels safe enough to be human
