I use a combination of fascia release techniques to mobilise his shoulders and allow him to regain movement to enable him to play golf again.

The body holds emotions and trauma and these can stay with us for many, many years unless they are released.
For some patients talk therapy does not work.

Patients who come on the 3 day trauma release program experience release of emotions that are held in their body.
The techniques I use enable the body to feel safe and when the body feels safe, it will start to let go.

I was so happy this week to have two patients go from a two weekly period to a regular 28 day cycle.
Many people don’t appreciate that painful periods , periods that last longer or less than 28 days are not normal and can be treated.

I used a combination of 5 Element traditional Acupuncture to address heat in the blood and also fluid isometric fascia bodywork.
