Here is a great fascia manoeuvre to help any tension in the lower back area. It’s great for people that have kidney problems as it really opens up this area.
You should feel a lovely stretch from the back ribs down to the hip and after the manoeuvre you should feel like you have more space and be able to breathe more easily into that side of the body’s.
