Simple, consistent practices that support lymphatic flow, balance the nervous system and gently lift overall wellbeing.

• Vibration plate – 15 minutes daily
Supports lymphatic drainage, encourages circulation, helps reduce stagnation and fluid retention, and gives the body a gentle full-body activation without stress. I often notice improved energy and a lighter feeling afterwards.
