Balance. When your life is in balance your mood, your health and your general wellbeing all improve. Stress is reduced and your outlook becomes more positive. So rest, sleep, eat as healthily as you can and take some time out to do things that you enjoy - reading, walking, meditating, cooking, swimming - something that makes you happy.
