There are too many people both men, women and children who suffer silently from domestic abuse and not a great deal of support out there. If I can help even 1 of those by sharing my story, healing out loud and turning a negative into a positive by producing books like below and using my holistic therapies then my purpose has done what it is meant to do.

Inside the journal, you'll find a variety of prompts, exercises, and affirmations that are tailored to the unique experiences as domestic abuse survivors. These prompts and exercises are designed to help us process our emotions, build resilience, and reclaim our sense of self. It's not just about writing; it's about self-discovery, empowerment, and growth.
The journal also includes sections for setting intentions and boundaries, as well as education on domestic abuse gaining a deeper understanding of the different forms of abuse, recognise red flags, and break free from the cycle that once held us captive It's filled with inspiring quotes and empowering messages to uplift and motivate us on our healing journey.
I believe that healing is a personal and ongoing process, and this journal is a companion that can walk beside us every step of the way. It's a reminder that we are worthy of love, respect, and happiness, and that we have the strength within us to overcome the trauma we've experienced.
