Ever wonder why some foods make you feel amazing and others… not so much? Your gut is picky, and it has opinions. This week in workshops, we’ve been learning how to support gut health in realistic and enjoyable ways.

Come and check out our Plant-Forward Living workshop every Thursday at 5.15pm on the live kitchen filter on Workshop Finder. Designed for members living a vegetarian, vegan or plant forward lifestyle. In this 30 minute workshop we will share the joys and challenges of living a meat-free lifestyle and support each other to be successful on our weight and wellness journey.
