Session 3 - Dealing with Food Noise & Willpower

Following on from our successful Coaches’ Table a mini series of four workshops has been planned. The workshop themes have been determined based on feedback received from attendees on the night and in the survey that was shared at the end of the session.

Please join us for the third of these sessions on Monday 1st September at 8.30pm when the theme will be 'Dealing with Food Noise & Willpower'. Coaches Kayla & Nat will discuss and share science based strategies designed to practically support members.

🍑Celebrating Peaches 🍑

Coach Jo W will be showing us how to make Peach Fool and Spiked Peach Lemonade 🍑

Bring along a notepad or meal planner, as we will share lots of yummy refreshing ideas 💡 😋

To make the Peach Fool, You'll need:

Peaches in juice, drained, 2 cans, small

Quark, fat free, plain, 150g

0% fat natural Greek yogurt, 300g

Serves 4 at 2 points per serving
Or 3 points per serving on the diabetes programme

To make the Spiked Peach Lemonade, you'll need:

Peach, 3 medium, ripe

Vodka, 180 ml

Lemon Juice, Fresh, 2 tablespoons

Caster Sugar, 1½ tablespoons

Water, 330 ml, sparkling

Serves 6 at 4 points per serving

Save the Date - WW Discovery Day

WW Discovery - Join a Virtual Workshop for free!

On Thursday 11th September the WeightWatchers community is coming alive. We would love for you to join us for part or even maybe all of it and the best news is, it’s totally free!

The day’s events will start at 7.30am when we will be inviting you to Rise & Shine!

The day will then unfold giving you the opportunity to take part in live activity classes, spend time in our Live Kitchen, check in on a variety of themes with our motivational coaches & be inspired by member stories.

We look forward to welcoming all, especially those that are not yet part of the WeightWatchers family.

Detailed timings of each event and the link to be used will be shared nearer the day - so watch this space.

It promises to be a day that has something for everyone, filled with fun, reflection, laughter, inspiration & motivation.
