Energy hygiene is so important, it’s about not letting other peoples energy affect you , protecting your energy so it isn’t taken without your permission and not picking up other peoples energy whether it is from the supermarket on your shoes, on door handles, on seats and trolleys then taking it home.
Clearing old or unwanted energy is important and it allows room for new positive energy to take its place 💖
You can do this with smudge sticks, sound , energy practices to name but a few all with the intention of removing what you don’t want and bringing in what you do want 😁
