Expert Instruction: Led by a certified professional with extensive experience in both golf and physiotherapy, you’ll receive guidance that combines the best of both worlds from our instructor Niki.
Niki qualified as a physiotherapist in 1986 and only started to play golf 20 years ago when she soon became obsessed with this sometimes frustrating sport! She currently plays as a 5-handicap golfer at Carlisle Golf Club, representing her county in the ladies’ Veterans’ team.
She has been lady champion at Carlisle twice and was County Vets champion in 2016. Niki has benefited from using her knowledge as a physiotherapist with her skills as a golf player to work for England Golf with their Birdie squads in the North of England. She gained invaluable experience working closely with some of the best coaches in the UK to improve her ability to understand what is essential to develop and maintain a consistent and powerful golf swing.
Small Class Sizes: We keep our classes intimate, with a maximum of 10 attendees per session. This ensures personalized attention and a supportive environment where you can thrive.

Ladies' Fairway Fitness: Held once a week—Wednesday's at 4:30PM to 5:30PM.
