Too new beginnings
January is most definitely the time of new beginnings with it been the 1st month of the year, having a good clear out of our materialistic world and also our physical energy field, a great reset for the new year and to welcome new beginnings into our energy field.

What do you forgive yourself for and set free?

This morning, I've taken some time to sit back and reflect and hold space for forgiveness. No one is perfect, and we learn from our mistakes and learn from those difficult times.

This morning, I wrote down everything that came forward to me that I need to forgive myself for. I wrote this all down and the feelings that came with it, forgiving the past and the present day, i then folded the piece of paper up and burnt it into ashes 🔥 releasing what I no longer need to hold onto. This is a simple way everyone can help themselves on their own self growth journey.
So take half an hour out of your day and see what you need to forgive yourself for. 💚
