I’m proud to announce that I am now working along side ANDYS MAN CLUB.

I’m going to be running free group sessions for those who attend their meetings. The group sessions start Tuesday 16th September and Thursday 18th September

What being a personal trainer means to me and why I love my job

Being a personal trainer means I get to help people gain confidence and happiness.
It’s more than a job to me it’s a lifestyle, I find great job satisfaction in seeing people grow within themselves and achieving things they never thought they could or giving them a boost in motivation to keep going on their journey.

Doing this job means I get to have a lot more control and freedom when it comes to work hours, I plan my own days and if I have appointments to attend I don’t have to worry about taking time off work or having to miss appointments. I get to plan my days around other important things in my life such as family events or holidays.

I also love my job because it’s showing my children that a working life doesn’t have to be boring and all about getting money, I’m showing them that if they like doing something and they are good at it then do it for a living. My job means I have to keep myself in shape and live a healthy lifestyle too so I’m also teaching my children great life choices when it comes to health and nutrition.

The biggest reason I love my job is that I get to meet loads of wonderful people that have the same interests as myself, going to the gym, eating healthy and improving mentally as well as physically.

Building muscle isn’t easy and it doesn’t happen over night.

Being patient and consistent is the best way to get results.

If you ever feel like you are not progressing, just look back to where you started and how far along your journey you have came. Take everything one day at a time.

If you enjoy the journey, you will appreciate the results even more

Never think you can’t do something
It’s never too late to change and start all over again, I went from working in pubs, then working in construction and eventually following my dream and working in a gym.
