Here is my top 3 favourite bicep exercises
1st is the cable drag curls, this works the bicep in the stretched position and really isolating the long head of the bicep
2nd is the preacher curl, this works he bicep in the shortened position. Using a machine for this is a great way to focus on the movement rather than momentum.
3rd is the dumbbell hammer curl, this works the biceps and the forearms adding thickness to the upper arm. This exercise will also increase grip strength and improve elbow joint strength
