Here is my top 3 favourite bicep exercises

1st is the cable drag curls, this works the bicep in the stretched position and really isolating the long head of the bicep
2nd is the preacher curl, this works he bicep in the shortened position. Using a machine for this is a great way to focus on the movement rather than momentum.
3rd is the dumbbell hammer curl, this works the biceps and the forearms adding thickness to the upper arm. This exercise will also increase grip strength and improve elbow joint strength

Squats is something I have always struggled with due to knee injury in the past.

Working on form and technique is so much more important than just throwing weight on a bar and hoping for the best.

Squats is so much more than brute leg strength, it incorporates muscle flexibility and total body control

Well another year nearly finished and what a year it has been. I have had so much fun training clients and seeing them transform their lives for the better.
I would like to thank all my clients past and present for such an amazing year, here’s to next year 💪💪

This is Richard, we have been working really closely together this year to reach his goal of gaining strength, we have been focusing on the main compound lifts, deadlifts and bench press.

Back in January he was lifting 150kg hex bar deadlifts for 3 reps and now in December it’s his warm up set

Today he managed
180kg hex bar deadlift for 3 reps
105kg bench press for 2 reps
