Sometimes I have to pause and really take this in…

This year alone, I’ve connected with beautiful souls through Pellowah not just here in the UK (thank you, truly 🤍), but across the world… Las Vegas, San Diego, Colorado, Maine, China, even the Shetland Islands to name a few.

It blows my mind a little.

Pellowah energy really does hold no bounds. There’s no distance when it comes to consciousness… it reaches exactly where it needs to go, gently shifting, opening, activating… supporting that deeper connection within. Even working with the 12 strands of DNA, it meets people wherever they are on their journey.

And I absolutely love hearing from you all afterwards… your experiences, your shifts, the little (and big) changes. It means more than you probably realise.

Who knows… I might even be heading over to America soon to meet some of these incredible souls in person, which feels very special to even think about.

Life really is amazing 🤍

I’ve been in A&E with my adult son all day, due to some potential broken bones in his ankle. We’ve been sitting here for almost the whole afternoon. As you can imagine, long stays in hospitals are filled with worries, pain and frustration, but they are also filled with something really beautiful.

Looking around at the waiting room packed with people from all walks of life, with different backgrounds; we are all here because we are in pain. Pain that is physical or emotional, or both. What has struck me the most while waiting is the connections and relationships between people during this time… strangers conversing…

Really talking.

They are listening to each other with true curiosity and empathy. They are sharing their stories, many of which are so hard to hear, but are spoken with such courage. There are so many beautiful acts of kindness happening… and if you’re not actually looking for them, many of these moments could pass you by unnoticed.

The staff are tired and stressed, but are also tremendous people. One nurse in particular has been an absolute joy (and has brought a lot of humour to those of us who are waiting) and their efforts and care are obvious.

This experience has provided me with a real sense of how much love, kindness and support we can give each other, even when in a really hard time. The A&E waiting room has become an incredible melting pot of humanity for me and I have truly enjoyed every moment I’ve spent there.

This is the world I know to exist.

I've just gone outside to sit in the van for five minutes of peace before sending a distance Pellowah (Energetic Healing) session, to a lady in America....and I can feel the thread of connection to her as well. A different country, yet the same energy!

Kindness continues to travel, in ripples.

These little moments... they are more important than we give them credit for.

Tomorrow’s Cacao, Meditation, sound bath and healing feels a little bit special…

The Full Flower Moon in Scorpio meets the fire of Beltane, a powerful mix of deep feeling and rising energy. It’s the kind of night that gently asks you to stop skimming the surface and really feel what’s underneath.

Not to fix. Not to force. Just to be with it.

This moon is about honesty… about soft release… about letting go of what you’ve quietly outgrown and remembering who you are beneath it all.

And that’s exactly what we’ll be holding space for.

A chance to lie down, be held in sound, and allow whatever needs to shift… to shift.

No pressure. No expectation. Just you, the frequencies, and a little bit of magic

✨ I can't wait to create space for you tomorrow night ✨

This New Moon feels magical; it may be my favourite of all the New Moons to date because it signifies (for me) a shift in the seasons and a return to the self.

With such strong energy around taking action toward truth and fostering deeper healing, it's also an opportunity for you to return to who you really are... Listen to your body and spirit... to allow things to shift that are ready.

I'll create a space for you to experience cacao, meditation, a sound journey and hands on healing where you can be supported to soften, let go, and receive whatever you need.

I’ve just added some new Sound Journey dates to the website 🌿

There’s a mix of New Moon, Full Moon and mid summer sessions, all gently held with crystal bowls, gong, chimes and planetary frequencies… each one with its own little feel and energy.
