Hi lovely souls,
You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet lately, and I wanted to gently acknowledge that.
Over the past few months, I’ve been going through a deep inner shift—one of those transformational periods that comes when you’re truly committed to growth, healing, and living in alignment with your soul. It’s been beautiful in many ways, but also uncomfortable, confronting, and at times… deeply humbling.
Like many of you, I’ve learned that this path isn't always light and love. Sometimes it's about sitting in the mess, letting old versions of yourself fall away, and learning to trust that the new space you're in—even if it feels unfamiliar—is exactly where you're meant to be.
There’ve been big changes in my life—some of them joyful, some of them painful. But all of them necessary. I’m still finding my feet again, feeling into what this next version of me looks like and how I want to show up in the world. So if you’ve felt my absence, please know it’s not because I don’t care—quite the opposite.
To those who have reached out, sent love, or simply held space—thank you. And to those quietly navigating your own shifts: I see you. Keep going.
One thing I’ve been reminded of lately is how powerful it is to stay rooted in love, especially when fear tries to pull us in another direction. No matter what the world throws at us, our power lies in staying open, staying kind, and trusting the deeper wisdom that always leads us home.
I’ll be back when it feels right, and I hope to bring with me a renewed sense of joy and purpose. Until then, thank you for being here, for walking your own path, and for remembering—just like I am—that love always leads the way.
With warmth,
Sarah ✨
