Despite these benefits being well established, over a third of UK adults do not meet the recommended amount of activity.
Living with chronic pain or untreated injuries can significantly impact mental health. The constant discomfort, limitations in daily activities, and uncertainty about the future can lead to feelings of frustration, anxiety, and depression.
