Today is World Kindness Day 💜. A day understand that kindness is a powerful social instrument that may effect long-lasting change rather than merely being a pleasant thing to do.
It's also a reminder to be kinder to yourself. You can do this in various way, including:
Practice self-compassion, instead of being self critical, be more understanding of yourself and your needs.
Prioritise your mental and physical health. Be aware of your thoughts and gently guide them to be more positive. Try to eat well, and exercise. Fresh air and daylight can also help improve your mood.
Practice gratitude and give thanks to the universe for all the things you're grateful for. The more gratitude you show, the more positive things you will be presented with.
Celebrate your achievements. Even if you feel that all you've done today is get out of bed. Well done, you've still achieved 💜
Be forgiving. Forgive yourself, just as you would others.
