Just wanted to let you all know that the Twinnies have arrived and I'm still here! They are now two weeks old and when I'm fully into the swing of things, more posts and guidance will follow.

Massive thank you to Lauren at .wellbeing for absolutely everything. Lauren does personal training and small group sessions for fitness. Pilates is also available and she is amazing. 🙌

Clearing the room out over the next couple of days... Emotional to say the least but onwards and upwards on my journey.

I'm one happy girl this evening... Some of the sensational Northern Lights this evening over Brampton, Cumbria. 🌌

The universe is calling us and comunicating with us this evening. At the heart of the lights tonight, I have seen Angel Wings, an Eagle, a Pheonix and a Mocking Jay. Some amazing spirit animals sending bursts of positive energy down onto us as we sleep.

My neck is a little sore from looking up for so long but geeeeee just look at the beauty this universe holds 😇🤩

Tonight I am full of gratitude for the beautiful gifts we receive from this amazing universe and for the guidance it gives me every day. ✨

It's that time of year where everything begins to flourish in the garden 😍🌱

I've been busy taking cuttings from my sage plant to make more and making a sage smudge stick 😇 this will need the string cut and re-wrapped in a few more days once it has dried out a little more.

I make tea with my Melissa plant (lemon balm) - it's amazing for lifting the mood, helping digestion and aiding skin issues such as eczema 💚 I also plan on making some Sage and Melissa smudge sticks which I bet will smell amazing!

My Lavender is busy healing as it seems to have taken a beating 😢 but hopefully will repair itself after some careful love and attention. Then I hope to still be able to get some at the end of the season to dry again. I love making little lavender bags to have in the car or in clothes draws to make everything smell nice!

Meditation is not about controlling our thoughts, it's about not letting our thoughts control us. 🧘

Join us under the stars this Friday 26th 18:30-19:30pm within the studio at LG wellbeing (opposite Chapel Hair) Carlisle, CA1 1JA 📍

Yoga mats, water, Crystals and affirmation cards are provided within session. Please bring with you a blanket and pillow to keep you cosy during the meditation 🙏
