I can't believe it's finally here, my last event in Cumbria before I move! 🥺🥹

You have all made such a huge impact on my life,, I can't tell you how grateful I am for your support, wether that's coming to classes, joining an event, signing up for our online classes or cheering me on via socials.

To all of the studios I work with, thank you. Truly, you are all incredible and I can't put in to words how much your support needs.

Running events in Cumbria and the north east has been one of my favourite parts of this job and I can't wait to bring them to a new area (Nottingham people please say hi!!👋.

Rest assured, I'm still hoping to run an event up north once every couple of months and my online platform will mean you still get your weekly fix... you can't get rid of me that easily!

Did you know I offer two classes a week at LG wellbeing as ELEMENTAL?

Pilates HIIT on a Tuesday is guaranteed good vibes - 5 rounds of Pilates exercises, all low impact and joint friendly, but it'll certainly get the heart rate up. Form and alignment is never compromised - we take the movements steady, with plenty layers and options to suit everyone one.

Strength on a Friday morning will start your weekend off STRONG. Think Pilates combined with functional fitness, programmed in a way to challenge the muscles, build strength and endurance and get the endorphins flowing.

All classes are booked via the link in my bio, you can pay as you go or buy a bundle to save money. We even have a referral scheme so you can share the love - being a friend and they get £5 off their first class (making it just £3!!!) and you earn £5 credit to put towards your next booking!

Another busy week, done! Plus somehow we're in February?? I know for a lot of us January can be a bit of a slog, and the weather certainly hasn't helped, but all of your energy in the studios has been incredible and this month has flown by for me, so thank you!!!

I finished the week with my first weekend training as a Pilates tutor and assessor, which is an exciting step and I've loved getting to share what I know with the next wave of teachers! It's really reinforced with me why I teach the way I do, the benefits of Pilates and how to make sure each and every one of you have a true experience and education in the system.

Can't wait to see you all in the studio this week! We have the last few spaces for ONYA on Tuesday, plus HIIT with me at 6:30pm in Carlisle, Wednesdays later classes at Redhills have a few spare places and some rare spots on Thursday 6:30am reformer at FLÖDE too! Or come fly with me on Saturday at 11am for Aerial Hoop, beginner friendly!
