I loooooove teaching you all in group settings but there's something about seeing your progression in 1-1's that just HITS DIFFERENT 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

1-1's and private groups available in mat, reformer and aerial hoop in both Hexham and Carlisle 🤩 sessions can be tailored to suit you and your goals, whatever they may be!

Super limited spots available though, so message quick to get a one off or regular slot booked in!

Figured it was about time I reintroduced ELEMENTAL HEALTH CLUB and everything we do here.

I can’t wait to see how we grow over the next year, for more community events, spicy classes, yaps and a MAJOR upgrade for our on demand platform… plus I’m moving to Nottingham and I’m so excited to welcome more of you into our tribe.

Other than classes in colour (6:30pm Tue and 6:30am Fri) all classes are booked by the studios own system. If you need a link drop me a message! Link in bio to book any classes I run!

2026 is gonna be HUGE! As well as our regular timetable of in person classes and our socials, I'm so excited to begin offering corporate wellbeing sessions, collaborations with other businesses and private training.

The festivities are in full swing; Christmas parties, carol concerts, wreath making, winter crafts, you name it, it's in the schedule... but weekly movement seems to struggle to find a gap I can't lie to you. 🫨

I've been trying to get a daily walk, even twenty minutes to the studio or on my lunch (waterproof jacket definitely necessary) plus two of my 'elemental at home' videos. ✨

It doesn't have to be much, just finding a routine that you can stick to over the busy period to make some time for yourself. 🧘‍♀️

We are well into the depths of winter and my energy levels are lowwwww, but here’s a handful of tips that I’ve been finding helpful to give myself a boost!

Supporting your energy in winter can feel challenging, but focusing on slow living, non restrictive wellbeing, a balanced lifestyle and looking at your life in an holistic, ‘whole picture’ way can definitely help! Anything you would add?
