Finally!!! 🙌🙌🙌What a long slog!
I started my yoga training in 2018 but a bereavement 2019 and the world breaking not long after that, meant too much time had passed from my first 💯 hours so would have to start again!!! 😳
So after much faffy, self doubt , a retreat with Martyn Blacklock and whole bunch of work on finding my voice with Jana Marie Therapies I have flipping completed my full teacher training with Official Yogamu Students Group
Plus Hands on Assistant Training with Ashtanga Yoga Carlisle
and another 💯 hours with Sonja Appel just for good measure.

Thanks to all my mini yogis that have committed themselves to my trial run classes, you have helped me out so much….❤️
…… so I think am pretty much qualified 🧘‍♀️🥳💪
