BEGINNERS PILATES WORKSHOP
Saturday 24th January 10.30am-12pm

Pilates uses slow and controlled movements with a key focus on strengthening our deep core muscles and promoting balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
This workshop will introduce you to Pilates by exploring the fundamental principles and giving you a greater understanding of how the movements feel in your body. There will be plenty of time to explore each movement and to ask questions throughout the workshop too.
Whether you would like to feel stronger, improve your mobility and wellbeing or take time to do something just for you, a Pilates class might just leave you feeling a little taller, more centred and (hopefully) with a smile on your face!
All equipment will be provided. You may like to bring your own mat if you have one.
