WALKER, James
Tragically, following a road traffic accident on Saturday 9th August 2025. James, aged 18 years.
Much loved son of Elizabeth and Marshall. Loving brother of Joshua, Andrea and Sophie. A cherished grandson of Valerie, Maria, Jacobo and the late Grandad George. Dearly loved nephew, cousin and a dear friend to many.
James will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
Funeral Service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Friday 12th September at 11:00am, followed by interment in Carlisle Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of James, if desired, will be gratefully received for The Penny Jones Charity and Brake Road Safety Charity.

On Saturday 9th August 2025 at The Cumberland Infirmary after a short illness. Fran aged 53 years. A very much loved partner of Donald, a loving and devoted mam of Amy. Dearly loved sister of Ray and Phil. Also a dear sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many.
Funeral Service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Wednesday 20th August at 2:20pm. Family flowers only by request. Donations in memory of Fran will go to Cancer Research UK.

Peacefully on Saturday 9th August 2025 at The Eden Valley Hospice. Ken in his 90th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Marion. A much loved dad of Jackie and the late Philip. Cherished granda of Amy, Katy and Tom. Also a treasured great granda and dear brother of Joan.
Ken will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.

Joyce passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday 7th August 2025. Aged 64 years. A very much loved mam of Wendie, Bobby and the late Tracy. Dearest mother in law of Andrew and Toni. A devoted and loving granny of Bianca, James, Tommy, Rianna, Kane, Leo and Jack. Also great granny to Lincoln, Isabelle, Grayson, Hudson and Ember. A dearly loved sister to Alan, Keith and Julie. Also a dearest auntie to Naz and Nabid.
Joyce will be greatly missed by all her loving family, her dearest friends and all who have had the pleasure to know her.

Peacefully on Thursday 29th July 2025 at the Cumberland Infirmary, Mary aged 79 years. A much loved wife of John, dearly loved mum of Stephen and the late Malcolm. Cherished nannie of Annabelle, Laila and Louis. Mary will be greatly missed by her devoted family and many wonderful friends.
John and the family would like to thank the staff at the Cumberland Infirmary, Penrith Hospital and Pennine Lodge Care Home for all their care and kindness shown to Mary.

Peacefully on Thursday, 17 July 2025 at her home, after a short illness. Irene aged 71 years a dearly loved wife of Martin, dearest sister of Brian. A much loved stepmother to Joanne and Kirstie and loving Nanna of Warren, Jamie and Harvey, great Nanna to Ciela. Also a dear sister-in-law of Elma and sadly missed aunt of Allan and Keith.
