When was the last time you did absolutely nothing?
Healing journeys can be filled with
‘I need to do more of X’
‘I need to fit more of …..into my routine’
And as therapists were guilty of contributing to this too, often giving exercises or self help tasks, which all have their place but sometimes the best thing for your body/brain is to do allow yourself nothing at all!
✨Warning…..if you’re a busy bee 🐝 it’s not going to feel great to start with…..keep going!
(Yes I’d rather lie on the floor than sit on the bench 😂)
