Prizes include a £30 Waterstones voucher and a £15 Lush voucher.

Our Youth Mental Health project is looking at what young people need to R.I.S.E.

R.I.S.E stands for Resilience, Inspiration, Self-worth and Empowerment.

1. Choose a letter from R.I.S.E and take a photo that you feel represents its meaning to you. Maybe you felt inspired when you listened to your favourite music, or resilient when you went for a hike.

2. Send us your photo and a quote explaining it to info@healthwatchcumberland.co.uk by 31st March to be in with a chance of winning.
