Carlisle Eden Mind is a local charity, affiliated to Mind, supporting people with mental health problems across the Carlisle and Eden Districts.
Our Mission - To provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. To campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Staying Well - People likely to develop mental health problems are enabled and supported to stay well.

Removing inequality of opportunity - People who experience both mental health and other forms of discrimination gain equality of treatment.

The Lighthouse - Providing sanctuary and support in times of crisis
Connect - Supporting people experiencing crisis, poverty or hardship and who have concerns about their mental health

Advocacy - Independent support for young people and statutory advocacy for mental health Act detained adults across Cumbria.
Training - Mental Health First Aid, Self Harm, Su***de Prevention and bespoke courses
