A lot of people have been asking me about crystals lately, so I thought I’d tell you about my favourites in the next few posts - and why they’re so powerful. Let’s start with a true love of mine: amethyst 💜

There’s something about the soft, mystical energy of amethyst that I can never get enough of - and these statement pieces I picked up from are no exception. I’m in love ✨

🌿 Peaceful Power 🌿

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately… but behind the scenes, the therapy room has been full of beautiful energy✨

Over the past few weeks, I’ve held the most heartfelt sessions for both Reiki and massage and I can really feel a shift in the collective energy 💖

After the vibrant energy of the summer solstice, where everyone was blooming, expanding, and moving at 100 miles per hour 🌞🌻 lately, I feel the energy has turned more inward.

People are arriving needing stillness, space and a moment to breathe, to pause and come home to themselves.

And honestly? I’m feeling it too. It’s a time for peaceful power. For deep rest. For restoring what’s been stretched too thin.

So if you’re feeling that call to slow down, to ground, to reconnect - I see you. And I’m here for you.

This is why I love Reiki so much, it has such a beautiful, positive effect on everyone. Children can be so much more intuitive and open to energy healing, which makes it much more special. I’m so grateful to be able to share this healing energy ✨
