My Begining.
From a young teenager I knew I wanted to help people and be in a caring profession. I worked in care homes and qualified as a mental heath nurse in 1984 and I have worked for the NHS ever since. As a mental health nurse I am aware how mental health impacts on your physical health.
I had a period in my life when I was feeling out of sorts, I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong, I just was not myself and suffered with minor ailments. I went for Reiki treatment and was amazed at how I felt and wanted all my friends to experience it. That was when I decided I wanted to give others Reiki and completed my Reiki training.
I have been giving Reiki since 2011 and I have seen it make a great difference to people.
