Good morning all.

In the run up to Christmas, I understand that we are all pushed for time and often chasing our tail, running out of time to get everything ready.

I give everyone who has booked treatments plenty of reminders in the run up to their appointment. Confirmation on booking via text and email, a text and email reminder 2 days prior, the day before and on the morning of their appointment.

Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, unfortunately, I will have to charge you for the appointment. I do understand that in some cases its unavoidable, however in my experience these are -5% of last minute cancellations.

I have myself forgotten appointments in the past and I, without question pay for my missed appointment as I understand how much this effects the self employed and small businesses.

Please be thoughtful and understanding.
