Meditation Thursday will be back soon, live on Instagram and consist of singular suitle Himalayan Sound Bowl in Traditional SO-HUM Breath Meditation, I will also introduce External breathing techniques prior to Meditaiton, to settle our nervous system and expand and breath easier through all the sections of the lungs and allow a perfect symmatry in the flow or breath and stimulation of the Prana.

Over flowing with Gratitude this morning, from last nights sound and meditation session.😀😘

Thank you all so much for the gifts!

Everything came together perfectly and you were perfect in your presence and experience of what surely was a beautiful practice. Even the rain added that extra spice to the session! Perfect!! 🙏🙏🙏

Namaste everyone, for those who are attending tonight at Friends of Belah Community Centre for our Meditation and Sound Healing, please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early, please feel free to bring blankets, pillows to get super comfortable. 🙏

There are spares available.🙏🙏
Advisable to take in super light meal, if you are eating prior to the session at least a few hours before, toilet facilities avaialable and advised to use prior to the class so that the experience is not disturbed for other attendees and your own direct experience and mobile on silent! 🌸🙏🙏

Please make sure that all Mobile devices are on silent and once the session has started, no talking during the session. 🙏🙏
