                                            The time of year is upon us when dark cold nights/windy/wet days may upset our joints - 
Some ideas to keep blood flow going :-
Come home tired after long day ? Try soaking your feet with  Epsom salts  - 2 small cups in a basin of warm/hot water footbath for 10 minute soak - calms the nervous system and warms whole body very quickly  to enable relaxation
Stopping in more due to dark nights ? Perhaps try a  Rebounder trampoline for the home - check out this excellent lymphatic drainage exercise to keep joints healthy - 5 mins per day is all you need - follow you tube for tips on use 
Sitting too long ? Red light or infra red light therapy for back/hips/legs/feet - purchase online - do your own research - lots of info online and reviews
