Having healthy feet or joints can be a catch 22 situation if you are struggling with pain …being unable to exercise due to heaviness etc …-
One idea to research is using a vibration plate under your feet while you sit (or stand while holding onto something) - many plates are the on the market (they have come down in price ..often used alongside exercise in the gym ..today the public can buy one for home use ) - they can support lymphatic drainage an aid to weight loss alongside diet and bone density similar to exercise
The overall effect can be so beneficial, not just to feet, but the whole body - the clients who use these appear to release tense muscles allowing blood flow to happen more easily - my massage clients who use these feel lighter to me - check them out and plenty of advice online
