Clare Harris Holistic Health offers a range of Holistic treatments in a relaxed environment in the centre of Carlisle

I believe in the power of holistic health work. My philosophy is based on a holistic approach that health is not only a physical state but mental, emotional and spiritual too. In modern society, so many pressures and demands lead us to feeling off kilter or out of balance. Regular treatments can help you help connect with all these elements and leave you feeling in control and grounded. I first qualified in Reiki over twenty years ago and everyday feels like a new day with the ever changing energy, In 2004 and began my long love affair with reflexology and the amazing effects it can have. I followed this up with further qualifications in Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian head massage, Hot stone therapy and am currently training in advance meditation teaching certificate. While serving in The Royal Army Veterinary Corps I qualified in animal holistic health. I will admit to having a little bit of an obsession with the function and structure of the body and my main aim through all the therapies I provide a truly holistic therapy working with the mind body and spirit is to enable my client to reach their full potential.
