đź’™ A Heartfelt Thank You as Offload goes Offline đź’™
After 6 amazing years, Offload Cumbria’s journey has come to an end as I move into a new chapter in my personal life.
It’s been a proper journey since we set up in August 2019 —real talk, real lads, and a real effort to open up the conversation around male mental health across North Cumbria. We’re proud of what we’ve done together helping hundreds of men, and we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s been part of it.
To the lads who turned up, shared, listened, and supported one another—you made it what it was and secured our legacy as one of the most valued and respected local, organically grown groups to have emerged in Carlisle (the OG apparently according to one of our lads)💙
Just because Offload has wrapped up doesn’t mean the conversation stops. Shout out to other local groups including ICan Wellbeing group CIO and Mentalk Brampton and the amazing work they’re doing.
If you ever need to offload, please reach out - the help is out there and growing.
👉 Keep looking out for your mates. Keep talking. And never be afraid to ask for help.
P.S. the group has decided to donate all remaining funds to Every Life Matters - will post an update when this is complete đź’™
