I'm using the photo of these lovely flowers from a patient, fitted into a cancellation today for the photo to update regards t'interweb hoohar we've had this week. ππ€¦ββοΈ
The new hub arrived, and Wi-Fi and phone lines were restored. Hooray!
We do of course still have a backlog of calls, messages and emails to wade through. While Liz has gotten through a good chunk of them already, there's still a fair bit to go, as we were off work for 2 weeks and then this week has been a communication write-off in the most part.
Thank you all for you patience and understanding and HUGE thanks also to Liz for her hard work dealing on the phone with BT for close on 2 and a half hours on Tuesday π«¨trying to get things sorted and for managing the more limited and slightly guddlier access (cos we aren't used to using that one!) of the clinic diary via the mobile platform.
We'll try to get back to everyone by the end of 29// 25.
