Dear all
We wish to address the recent Facebook post and rumours circulating in relation to Glamour.

For clarity, the individual referenced is not, and has never been, an employee of our salon. At the time in question, they were operating as a self-employed practioner ,renting a room on a trial basis within Glamour to provide lash treatments. To our knowledge they were appropriately qualified to carry out the treatment. However the matter referenced appears to relate to a service undertaken privately and outside our working hours. The individual is NO longer associated with Glamour in any capacity.
We have proudly maintained a professional and reputable business for over 30 years without complaints. As such we are both saddened and concerned by the effect these allegations may have on our reputation.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our clients for their continued support and for the many kind messages we've received. It is greatly appreciated and reflects the strong relationship we have built over the years.
Should you have any concerns directly relating to Glamour, please do not hesitate to contact us.
However any issues concerning the individual mentioned should be addressed directly with them as they operated on a self-employed basis.
