Today I had the lovely Suzie from SS Fitness for a deep tissue. When you are exercising it’s important to make sure your muscles move freely. Deep Tissue is an excellent treatment to help keep those muscles relaxed and knot free. Also if you are looking to start your fitness journey I can’t recommend Suzie enough. !!
