Consultations are mostly by phone/zoom and delivery arranged as I've found many clients prefer that. If you prefer in person and are local to me in Carlisle you are welcome to visit my home office just off the M6. - whatever works best for you! Ongoing support at whatever level you need - if you like to just get on with it, or if you prefer a weekly catch up and daily messages - we will agree what will work for YOU. I saw something this morning about “silencing food noise” and had a little wobble…
You know that moment of
“oh… someone’s already saying this…”
Then I caught myself.
Good.
That means women are listening for it.
Because let’s be honest…
most of the women I speak to don’t struggle with food.
They struggle with the CONSTANT chatter around it.
“I’ll start Monday”
“I’ve blown it now”
“I should be better than this”
“Why can’t I just stick to it?”
That noise doesn’t come from being weak.
It comes from years of:
trying to be “good”
starting over
being all in → then all off
thinking stricter is the answer
It’s exhausting.
And no one really talks about the bit in the middle…
👉 what do you do when it wobbles?
👉 what do you eat when life isn’t perfect?
👉 how do you not start again for the 100th time?
Because THAT is where the noise actually gets quieter.
Not with more rules.
Not with more willpower.
With something you can actually stick to
on a Tuesday
when you’re tired
and someone else wants something different for tea.
That’s the bit I care about.
