ChooseOH loves the Christmas period and there have been some interesting jumpers and earrings over the past month.
At our Governance day this week we paused from the business strategy and training to have some Christmas fun supporting. NO idea what the shaft of light aka spotlight is from!! :)

In my opinion investing in your team with development and learning opportunities is vital, not only to ensure quality customer service, but to help your employees grow personally and professionally.

I was very proud to have watched Tracy our clinical lead graduate from university of Cumbria last week with a first class honours degree in Occupational Health Practice.

This is an achievement in its own right but when you also consider that Tracy completed her studies while working full time, caring for her family, being a full on Nana to three bouncy grandchildren and ALWAYS being supportive, smiling and positive to everyone she meets - this is inspirational and awesome.

We are also so proud of what you have achieved Tracy

We did it! Choose Occupational Health has been recommended for SEQOHS accreditation today, and have received a special commendation for our clinical and quality governance and the OH manual used by the clinical team! 🎉
We are extremely proud of the high quality Occupational Health & Wellbeing service that we deliver to our clients and their teams.
Thank you to the all the Choose Team, including Sue Hunter as project lead, our Physicians, Counsellors and Physiotherapist network, special thanks to Victoria Tait @ Qualitait for her patience and perseverance with us over the past six months especially. 🙌🫶
