Introductions 👋

With the clinic opening in just two weeks it's time you get to know us!

This is Peter Zegveldt, the Physio behind Wigton Rehab Studio and will offer sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. He also works at our sister studio in Cockermouth.

He has worker in Sports Rehab for 8 years and completed his Masters in Physiotherapy in 2023. He has also had research papers published for Patella tendon rehabilitation.

Peter's experience since qualifying has been extensively musculoskeletal treating a diverse range of clients across all age groups and conditions ranging from arthritis to post-surgical rehab to Occupational Health and general MSK injuries.

A keen gym goer himself and a new dad to a 1 month old baby girl. We're keeping him highly caffeinated when we open on February 2nd.

The countdown is very much on to the clinic opening at .strengthandrecovery. The plinth is en route and we are ticking down to February 2nd.

In the meantime our new landlady came to see us at the sister clinic so to celebrate what's to come. We gave her some phenomenonal quad doms.
