We are located in Carlisle Town Centre.

The room is situated within a beautiful crystal shop.

It is a very large room with different seating options and a therapy bed.

The room can be rented on a half or full day basis.

The room is also an ideal space for private workshops or group talks.

The room can be viewed from 1st July.

The stop smoking session is dome in one session. During that session not only do I work with you under hypnosis, I also teach you a EFT technique to help you in stressful or bored moments where the habit would be to reach for a cigarette.

I'm currently away on holiday,
Chill time...

I'm looking into doing the Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma (AHD)

My aim is to give my clients the best help I can, its important that I continue to complete CPD training (Continual Professional Development)
But I would like to take my qualifications in hypnotherapy further....

Really pleased to let you know that I have heard back from the NHC (National Hypnotherapy Council) and I have passed my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (woo hoo) I already held my Hypnotherapy Diploma but wanted to do an extra year (two if you throw Covid in!) to gain the higher qualification.
So what does that mean to you guys? Other than having a hypnotherapist with more qualifications?....
It means I hold all the necessary qualifications and am registered with all the appropriate bodies that allow you to claim your session costs back (up to your providers limit for eg health shield)
For me it means, I get access to more detailed training, supervision and know that I am giving my clients the best service I can and the clock begins to count down until I can open a Hypnotherapy Training School (alongside my shop and practice)
