That was just perfect 🥰🌅

on Silver Sands beach, Aberdour. I think summer has officially begun, we could’ve been abroad! Did not want to leave the beach this morning.

The most amazing group of people this morning, we stretched, we breathed, we dipped, we connected and we used the power of the summer sun to add light and energy to our lives ☀️ Bliss 🥰

You guys will soon be able to come and join me for Soulful Sundays at Silver Sands beach in Aberdour.

I’ll still be popping up on the beach in St Andrews every now and then but my regular Soulful Sundays will now be at Silver Sands, Aberdour. It’s a gorgeous sandy beach with lovely clear, calm waters, plenty of parking, toilets and a cafe with outside seating right on the beach 😍😍😍

WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AT SOULFUL SUNDAY? 🌅

Here’s a few snaps to give you an idea….

•We meet on the beach as the sun is coming up.
•We connect to our selves and our surroundings with some breathwork and meditation while listening to the most gorgeous soundtrack- the waves!
•We connect our movement and our breath by doing some beginner friendly yoga.
•We learn how to safely go into the water and go over every step of how we’re going to do it.
•We dip together as a team. We don’t go out of our depth and we stick together the whole time.
•We only stay in the water for a few minutes then it’s time to get out, get dried and get moving to warm up.
•Then when we’re dry and cosy…. We eat biscuits 🙌🏻 and drink tea ☕️ together around the fire.
•And after all that we head home feeling a little glow of pride and accomplishment for getting up and doing something epic on a Sunday morning.
