SOMA SESSION
To start our day off, the gorgeous Jemma will bring us a structured, empowering and energetic session using body work practices including music, movement, dance, breathwork, meditation and more! Get ready to raise your energy! 💃
SOUND BATH HEALING SESSION
After our energetic start let the lovely Paul guide you through a beautiful sound bath healing session using crystal healing bowls, chimes and gongs where their vibrational frequencies will relax, ground and allow your body to recalibrate. Pure bliss 🙏🏼
A delicious lunch will be provided by the wonderful Barony team 🍴
ENERGY RESET WORKSHOP
Our afternoon kicks off with an interactive session where we’ll discuss and reflect upon how we currently use our own energy and our goals for how we’d like to feel moving forward. ⚡️⚡️
YIN YIGA & YOGA NIDRA SESSION
To end our day the beautiful Jill will guide us through a slow paced yin yoga session bringing balance and awareness to our life force energy. The right balance of yin and yang energy helps maintain a healthy physical, mental and emotional state. This is followed by Yoga Nidra to bring us to a state of deep rest and conscious awareness for deep healing 🧘🏻♀️
The sessions are suitable for all, including complete beginners, so don’t worry if you’ve never experienced any of these sessions before…..you’ll love them all! 🥰
Wear your comfiest clothes, cosy jumpers, cosy socks, lots of layers to strip off (within reason! 🫣) or add on depending how you feel for each session. Bring along your favourite cosy blanket and cushion and let me know if you need a yoga mat. Comfort is key!😊
