Confession - I used to believe MASSAGE WAS A LUXURY until HELPING PEOPLE GET OUT OF PAIN proved me wrong.

Pain relief isn’t a luxury; it’s a pathway to a better life. Massage showed me that. I fell in love with this job because every session is a chance to lift someone up from pain. I’m grateful to do what I love.

Thank you to everyone single client that has trusted me this year 🙏🏼 I am truly grateful.

This year has been CRAZY mental, I've loved every second and that wouldn't of been possible without all of you, again thank you from the bottom of my heart 🫶🏽

Remember, anything, absolutely anything is possible as long as you want it bad enough.

2026 is going to be magical, challenging and extra special ✨️ I am so excited for the new year ahead and to share it all with you.

As we head into the busy end of the year, I wanted to reintroduce myself and share the heart behind Active Balance.

I created this space in Carluke to help people feel more at ease in their bodies — through massage, 1:1 yoga, and strength work. Especially at this time of year, when stress builds and our bodies hold more than we realise.
