Not gonna lie - I struggle with this one! Only recently Ive been able to touch my knees with my nose, but that curved spine is still bugging me πŸ˜‚ Breathe in calm, breathe out tension.

I keep reminding myself daily 'Kind words to ourselves & others always' I fully understand that this level of folded seems like a dream to some people - guess I'm just trying to show that everyone has goals and ambitions, and not everyone is perfect.
