I am very excited to be introducing Auricular Acupressure to The Big Welsh Festival of Wellbeing in Carmarthen on the 17th & 18th May.

Auricular Therapy is liked to reflexology of the ear, and is an exceptional method for treating conditions such as Pain, Epilepsy, Anxiety, Obesity and Improving Sleep.

The advantage of this therapy is that Auricular ‘Seeds’ can be placed by the therapist on a specific reflex to treat a condition, allowing the patient to self-activate the Acupressure point to continue the treatment for up to five days.
