What a stunning day we had for this first lodge of our fourth year, looking to the door of the North, embracing the element of air and all the teachings that gifts to us so generously.

We were truly blessed with spring sunshine and calm skies, celandine and snowdrops bursting into life around us and the birds singing their hearts out. What a miraculous contrast to the storms of Friday and today.

My huge gratitude for the circle of hearts joining us, for you busy hands, open hearts and clear voices. A truly nourishing way to leave the hibernation of the dark months and launch into spring with strong energy to realise the dreaming of our winter hibernation.

What a stunning, light and joyful time we had on Saturday. As always I am humbled by the open hearts and willing hands in this beautiful morphing community we are all creating together. Loving the flyers for our plant spirit discovery weekends. I'm so excited to be hosting these with ChaNan Bonser . Its always a pleasure for me to be holding a sweat lodge, and these will be that little bit different, allowing us to move more deeply into our connections with these amazing plants. It's also a pleasure to be able to share recipes and methods for working with the plants both on and in our bodies.
