🫐Calorie deficit explained!🫐

Creating a Calorie deficit is simple once you know how.

An average woman's daily calorie expenditure (what your body needs to maintain your current weight) is 2000 but everyone is different.

For a 1 to 2 pound a week weightloss you need to create about a 500 calorie difference between what you eat and what your body needs.

So if your calorie expenditure is 2000. You need to eat 1500 calories for weightloss of 1 to 2 pounds a week.
