This 6m bell tent will be for sale after this weekend. I've not used it this year, it's gone up for the first time today, and is in good condition. £500 for the tent (all poles pegs ete), the full additional floor matting, stove and stove mat (retail this would be closer to £1000). I just don't plan on using it again so why keep it.

Great Glen 2025 with .beyond is over. We didn't paddle as much as normal due to conditions but a safe enjoyable expedition was had by all. A bit of sailing which is always nice, using the hammock and a bit of tent action along with exploring new campsites.

One of my favourite courses to deliver, unfortunately it's not accessed as much as it should be. I deliver a lot of physical first aid courses, but these first aid for mental health courses are so important.

There are too many statistics to share with ease on one post but too many people experience poor mental health in a given year and there's a lot of positive things that can be done to improve this.

I especially enjoy these courses having been involved in the content since it was produced and assisting with making it accessible through online delivery during lockdowns I'm always aiming to get this information more accessible. Physical first aid, first aid for mental health and safeguarding are three important areas for everyone especially those working and volunteering with groups outdoors.

Two days of outdoor first aid course delivery a great site to see and to think about scenarios for the future ☺️

The weather behaved for us, lots of practical through day two, after information gathering on day one. It's interesting going to different venues especially when the is being dismantled in the background. A great showing from also 🥳🥳
