The woodland wellbeing group was a relaxed and bountiful gathering today, filled with good conversation and a shared appreciation for the land around us. We took the time to truly notice how nature provides—offering food, medicine, and a deep sense of connection. There’s always such joy in using what the land so generously gives, and today was no different as we incorporated a bit of wild garlic and garlic mustard into our meal, enhancing both its flavour and our appreciation for foraging. The highlight of the day was spotting birds of prey soaring above, a breathtaking reminder of the thriving wildlife in our area. Seeing such majestic creatures in their element was a privilege. If this sounds like your kind of day, we meet every Friday at 11am—message for more details!

Christmas can be a difficult time for many of us. If you, or someone you know, is struggling or could use someone to talk to, you will find a warm welcome and a listening ear at our men's group at GTBAL.
We are running Thursdays 12th and 19th of December, and then weekly from 9th of January.

It was great to have 6 men attend the new sharing circle at Arad Goch Theatre in Aberyswyth yesterday, some profound and honest sharing!!

We also planned the open activity day on Thursday 14th November, which will have woodwork activities you must sign up for and a drop in element, with a shared simple buffet lunch at 1.30. Doors open 1pm and close 5.30pm

The dates for the next sharing circles are as follows:
Thursday 7th November 1pm to 3pm
Thursday 21st November 1m to 3pm
Thu 5th December 1pm to 3pm
Thu 12th December mid day to 3pm will have a shared lunch

We will be looking to book in a men's walk near Aberyswyth over the Christmas week, more on this shortly.
